This is only a private room, not the entire house. Internet, supplies (Soap, toilet paper, cleaning, etc are included and furnished. Utilities and water is included Our cleaner comes at least 3 times a week to clean the common area so it is very clean. Security camera inside and outside the house as well as electronic lock at all doors so it is safe and secure and well maintained.

Walking distance from Journal Square PATH train so it's close to the station and then short ride to WTC very convenient to NYC. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy are nearby. This is located at a great and central location close to everything.
