Roommate wanted starting July 2023

I am one of two current roommates at the residence and am looking for someone to takeover the lease sometime between June 1st and July 16th. The current lease runs until February 2024.

The building is newer with a rooftop deck and small fitness room. Located roughly 5 minutes walk from the journal square train station it is perfect for commuters going to FIDI or midtown.

Listing is for a single room with private bathroom. Kitchen and living areas are shared with a roommate. Washer/ Dryer in apartment. Rent is $2900 split two ways and has only $250 security deposit. Water is included we currently pay electric, internet, insurance for roughly $125 a month.

Roommate is a 30 year old male working in IT for a financial institution. Have not had any issues for a year plus with him. He tries to keep the apartment clean and other than that is very easy going. We tend to stay out of each other’s way for the most part but he’s a great guy.
