Large Bedroom and Full Guest Bathroom

A 3 bedroom apartment and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full size bed you can rent for like $100 or can be moved. Renting out a large bedroom Large Closet and bathroom. Looking for a female like myself to share the space with. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment building bottom floor. There is street parking although sometimes hard to find. Looking for someone clean as I am a clean freak and have had problems in the past lol. I don't wear shoes in the house. I'm pretty laid back and easy going other than liking the house clean and organized lol.
