Apartment share w chill couple, cool neighborhood

Hello! We are looking for relaxed yet tidy roommate to share the first floor of a brownstone with us. You have your own room of course, and use of the living room, dining area, kitchen, small front balcony, and common bathroom. House utilities, gigabit internet, and professional cleaning 1x per month are included in the rent. Liberty State Park is just a few blocks away, enormous, and has gorgeous views beside the NY Harbor! That?s also where the Light-rail is which is a quick ride to a PATH train into NYC. The neighborhood feels like Brooklyn 15 years ago. There is a wonderful cafe nearby, as well as restaurants and sandwich shops including a new Vegan restaurant next door. 7 minute Uber to downtown Jersey City with lots of great nightlife, food, and arts.

We are a professional couple ? a CEO and a Charter Captain ? working hard much of the week and enjoy cooking together. We love living with someone outgoing who doesn?t bring the party home too much, but is social and with a good sense of humor.
