The building has a rooftop with spectacular views of the city, a backyard with a garden, and a gym.
The bedroom has 2 closets, plus you get a closet in the living room. The unit is located on the top (5) floor and is very quiet. The laundry room is on the same floor and a door away.
The building is 10 minutes away from downtown Jersey City by car or Light rail. It is 20 minutes from Manhattan and close to EWR international airport. It is is also close to the Liberty Landing NY Water wWaY Ferry.
I am a teacher at a local private school and a holistic health coach. I work from 8 to 5. I am 55 but look young for my age.
The room is available on Nov 1st.
