Hi, we are looking for one roommate to share a four-bedroom brownstone. The vacant room is spacious and sunny, with wood floors modern wardrobe, and a shared bathroom. Also, the kitchen/dining area and living/TV room on the first floor are shared between 3 roommates. 4th roommate is located on the top floor with their kitchen and bathroom. Laundry and an outdoor deck are available to everyone.

RENT: $ 1100 a month - no short-term stay

Rent includes gas/water/heat. The roommate pays (1/4) of the electricity and internet separately.
1st-month rent + 1-month security deposit is required

Commute:
Uber/ Lyft is very popular. A bus station is located directly across the street, at the corner of Pacific Avenue & Lafayette Street, and it takes you to the Groove Street Path Station within 5-7 minutes. From there, Wall Street is two train stops away (10 minutes), and West 34th Street in midtown Manhattan is 20 minutes away via the PATH. Light Rail stop is four blocks away and ideal for commuters working in Exchange Place, Newport Mall, Harsimus Cove, and Hoboken.
