Short Term Rental: 1 Bedroom, close to Manhattan

This apt. is available from August 15th of 2023 to Jan 1 2024. Price includes all utilities such as internet, air-conditioning, heat and hot water, and use of Roku TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Max. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery.

The bedroom is large, with bay windows and has a queen size bed and a small works desk. There is plenty of closet space just outside the bathroom, and a large cupboard for clothes in the bedroom. We will leave sheets and pillows etc. for your use.

You do not have to bring anything except your personal belongings to stay in this place.

Location is amazing. There is a little park on the same street, but apt. is walking distance to Lincoln Park. You can also easily walk to the Path in 15-20 minutes, which takes you to Manhattan in 20 minutes. The Path train runs 24th hrs. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.

1 month deposit required, and ID and proof of employment is necessary.
