Large Bed in 3 Bed Available March 1st

We are a friendly, full-time working couple with an extra large room in a spacious, 3 bedroom in a luxury building in Newport, Jersey City, NJ. After living in Manhattan for years, we decided to take the leap across the Hudson. We have been here for 1 year already, and 2 extra roommates joined us recently in October. We are looking for another roommate to fill our third room.

?THE LOCATION
The PATH train is just around the corner from the building. Literally - you step out the door, cross the street and WHAM! You're there. Better yet, it is one stop from Manhattan (1 stop to Christopher St. and 2 to WTC).

Did I mention the PATH train is also cheaper than a monthly MetroCard? Or that you can save hundreds a month just by not living in NYC (and consequentially, not paying the NY City Tax)?

The apartment is located in the center of the Newport area in Jersey City. The Newport area is a very nice place to live in as it has the best of both worlds: Manhattan and new, up-and-coming Jersey places to explore. Newport is a building complex surrounded by parks, shops, caf?s and restaurants. Chill and quiet, you will enjoy coming back from work to relax in the area, decompressing from your busy day. The area is full of retail, residential, office, and entertainment facilities.

THE BUILDING
You will be living in a high-rise doorman building offering a gym (same price as Manhattan, but it offers everything you need), a garage (extra, but Much cheaper than anything in Manhattan), and it has laundry facilities (the kitchen has a dishwasher).

THE APARTMENT
- The apartment is HUGE. Being used to small studios and glorified ratholes in Manhattan, you will be able to enjoy a living room that is more than 35 feet long by 12 feet wide with nice views of the area.

YOUR ROOM
- Large, middle room with great natural lighting and extra large closet
- We are planning on furnishing it with at least a Queen bed, nightstand, lamp, desk, and a chair so, it is turn-key!
- There?s plenty of storage space. Please let us know if you have your own furniture.

ABOUT US
We are in our late 20s/early 30s and work in digital. We like to laugh, relax, have a beer/glass of wine, meet up with friends, work out and be healthy. We don?t have pets, don?t do drugs and are pretty chill. We speak English, Spanish, French, Catalan and a wee bit of Hungarian.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a full-time professional who is friendly and respectful of others. Being clean is a big plus as we will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We welcome all races, sexual orientation and nationalities.

Pets are on a case by case basis. Gas and water are included in the rent. Electricity and Internet are separate.
