Looking for two people (male or female) to share a 3 bedroom apartment in Newport (parkside east or west building).
Lease start date anytime after 1st July 2019.
We are two guys who are looking to share the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms can be occupied by the other two individuals.
We are working professionals, with one of us working in software development and other in finance. We are Vegetarians and would want the other individuals to be vegetarians as well. We are clean, extroverts and gamers(PS4, board games, etc).
We are ideally looking to have total 4 people in the apartment.
Master Bedroom: Me and my friend.
Bedroom 1: One individual.
Bedroom 2: Other individual.
The rent for the entire house can range from $3700 to $4000 depending on what we end up selecting.
