Room for rent in Newport, Jersey City

I have a spare room in my apt (my old roommate moved in with his gf) and I'm looking for a new roommate to move in.

Apartment has shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All utilities are shared, including very fast internet/cable.

The room and apartment is furnished.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from newport path station, 10 minute walk from Hoboken train station. Right along the water with a beautiful boardwalk, a park, dog play area, and more. Literally next door to a gym with a pool, spa, weight lifting area, treadmills, and elliptical machines (closed for now b/c of the pandemic, unfortunately).

Right next to the Newport Mall (which has an AMC movie theater), and very close to Target, Home Depot, Morton Williams, Staples, and more.

Newport Path is also perfect for a fast commute to the city, as it takes you to Manhattan in 15-20 minutes.

Obviously since we're in a pandemic, a lot of stuff is closed but it's still a really nice location by the water, and super close to the city.
