PRIVATE FLEX ROOM - (Deposit: $1800 and Rent: $1200/month) + Utilities (WiFi and Electricity - Divided between the three of us)

? View of midtown NYC skyline (Empire State) from your bed.
? A flex wall is built with a door.
? Bathroom to be shared with one more person.
? Common area with Sofa.
? Kitchen is huge with all new appliances.
? A lot of common closets in the apartment which can be shared by us.
? I expect by roommates to be clean and hygienic in the common areas.
? It is a beautiful apartment located in a luxurious building - EAST HAMPTON - 30 River Ct, Jersey City, NJ 07310.
? Plenty of sunlight because of unobstructed view of the skyline.
? The building has a 24/7 concierge.
? Trash disposable on the same floor.
? Waterfront is downstairs.
? Laundry on the same floor.
? Gym located across the street.
? Safest and cleanest neighborhood in Jersey City.
? Target, Staples, Morton Williams?s supermarket, Newport mall, AMC Theater, Starbucks, restaurants, bars etc. are just around the corner(all at walking distance).

TRANSPORTATION:

Path trains to the city operate 24/7 and the station is just a 3-4 min walk. It takes 7 mins to get to WTC and 12 mins to get to 33rd St Herald Square.
