Private room sublet in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Newport, Jersey city starting anytime soon.

The room for rent with a closet, window AC unit and heater (can also come fully furnished if required). The room is well lit and it's near the water so it has a great view of the NYC skyline. We split the internet and utilities into 3. Utilities are about $40/month and the Internet is about $25/month. You will share the bathroom with one other person. The apartment was recently renovated and even has an in-unit washer/dryer. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are spacious. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher, oven etc.

The apartment is in a high rise that's a 5 mins walk to the Newport PATH train station. Building has an elevator, doorman and Amazon package hub. Also, everything you need in the area; grocery store (Morton Williams), liquor store, Duane Reade, Target, dry cleaner, hair and nail salon, and the Newport Mall.
