I am looking for a roommate (No gender restrictions) starting Oct 1st, 2022 in a luxurious building located in Newport, Jersey City, NJ. Flexible with short/long term - month to month lease.

Apartment/Room:
• Spacious room (Semi furnished) and Shared Bath
• Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Heater/AC included in the Unit
• Laundry on each floor
• Gym located across the street
• Path train station is a 3-4 mins walk
• Morton Williams grocery store and Newport Spirits liquor store right across the building
• 5 mins walk to Target

You will be sharing apartment with 2 other professionals. Utilities (Pseg) and Internet are not included in the rent.

Respecting each other’s privacy, cleanliness in common areas and considerability towards any reasonable requests you may have. The room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your move-in.
