Room with NYC View and Your Own Bathroom

Available room is in a spacious high floor 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline from every window. This is a real 3 bedroom apartment, however, you'll only be sharing the apartment with one person (me) so you'll have your own bathroom. The available room is the medium size room in the apartment, it can comfortably fit a queen size bed, night stands, desk, and dresser. There's a decent size closet in the room in addition to a huge hall closet for extra storage. The room will be delivered unfurnished, however, there's potentially a queen size bed that can be included with the room is you need a bed.

VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS: The room is available for $1200/mon March 1st - May 31st. There is some flexibility for an earlier move-in date in the last week or so of February. The current lease ends at the end of May. In the interest of being upfront, I am anticipating a steep rent increase because the current rent is way below market. With that said, I am probably not planning to renew, however, if you like the apartment and want to stay you could discuss with the management office and get a new roommate (or 2 since it's a 3 bedroom apartment).

Utilities and wifi: usually less than $100 each
Cleaning: $75-100ish, I'm open to discussion on how often we have a cleaning service come but I insist on at least once a month.

Lastly: I have a very social kitty so you must like cats and agree to keep the apartment safe for him (no plants, no open windows without the child lock on).
