I'm looking for a working professional to sign over my apartment lease to for a 3-month term. Any time stayed following the end of that term will require you to file a new leasing application with Newport Rentals (newportrentals. com) at whatever new rate they want you to pay.

I'm listing this apartment at over $1000 below the current market rate for a comparable apartment in the same building with the same awesome views. I have to move out of state in the next month for a new job, hence why I need to find someone to take over my lease. Also, included optionally are my desk, swivel desk chair, queen bed and memory foam mattress, as well as my sectional sofa and dining table set.

Security deposit required (one month's rent--$2600). Lease term would be officially 6/11/2022-9/10/2022, so you'd need to pay rent for those three months! Cats and dogs allowed for an additional $50/month. Parking spots in the complex garage next to the building cost $250/month if you have a vehicle. Water bills roll into your rent payment. Electricity paid separately and serviced by PSE&G. Contains ethernet outlet, and the internet in the building comes in different tiers from Verizon Fios, with gigabit speeds available at the highest tier. 24-hour doorman.
