Large, sunny room in XL top floor apartment buildi

Very large room in a spacious and sunny, top floor apartment in Newport along the waterfront. Walk to the train in 4 minutes as it is around the corner

Rent for the room at $1,665 a month + utilities (electricity and wifi -- we don't have a water bill unlike other apartments in the complex) in a 3Bed/2Bath apartment with new lease starting April 27/28, but room could be available between now and the end of April for an earlier move-in. It also doesn't overlap much for those that want to move May 1!

*Need to sign lease this week ($100 credit check fee for management).

Two people live here, me (female, 30s), and another roommate (male, 20s). We both work full time from home and keep a chill place. There is a little bit of a view of downtown Manhattan from the living room. I work in marketing (and sometimes travel away for chunks of time), and he works at an agency in product design. You and him would be sharing one bathroom, and there is laundry in the building. We also split a cleaner monthly.

We are looking for another full time working professional with good credit that is down to earth, friendly, and clean. If you would need parking, that is an extra cost that can be found out at the garage around the corner (I don't have a car, so I'm not sure what it is!).

Pets on case by case basis and it would be an extra $50 per month to management (not sure if there is an upfront cost) per pet. We also get cleaning about 1x month and split that for who is here.
