Looking for a fun, adventurous, relaxed roommate!

Looking for a roommate who is adventurous and laidback. One who doesn't mind a 20-25 minute commute to the city. The apartment is very nice and safe, loaded with great amenities, (pool, gym, workout classes, patio, fire pit, bbq area). The apartment has an amazing view of the Upper west side and of an outdoor seating area! The apartment also has a washer & dryer and a dish washer! The bedroom has a bed and closet with storage, but no other furnished items. You will have your own bathroom that also opens up to the spacious, welcoming living room! I want someone who is organized, clean and outgoing! Preferably one who is not afraid of dogs, as one may make occasional visits. I am a very friendly adventurous person, who loves to go out in town, but also loves a relaxing day full of Netflix.
