Looking for a female to take over a master suite on 12/1. Meaning you?ll have a large bedroom with your own private bathroom and walk in closet. The unit also has a washer and dryer. You?ll have your own parking spot. Our bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment?lots of privacy.

30-year-old female. I work in Manhattan and my work schedule varies?I work some weekends. I am very easy going, clean, and considerate towards my roommate. I do have 2 cats- they are super sweet and clean. I do not mind if you have any pets. Dogs just need to be approved but shouldn?t be a problem. My current roommate has a French Bulldog and he gets along with my cats. I work out regularly and enjoy healthy eating. I am not big into cooking, but I don?t mind if you are. Typically, after work I relax and watch some TV. I rarely if ever take the party home but I also don?t mind if you do within reason. When I am off work, I like to keep busy with friends and family.
