Hi! Our roommate will be working from home for the rest of the year and decided to move out to the suburbs so his room is available as of June 2.
The roommates are Kyle and myself both working professionals in our thirties, working in Advertising and Finance in Manhattan. We are chill, clean up behind us and don?t spend too much time at home.
The apartment has a washer/dryer, a balcony facing the courtyard with a grill and a central heating/cooling system. Your bathroom will be shared with one other person.
The room is roomy, facing a quiet street and has a large built in closet. It can easily fit a king size bed. The lease is month to month with a 6 month minimum.
