Hello! I?m looking for ONE female roommate to fill my TWO rooms for rent on the Waterfront in Jersey City. You get TWO rooms for the price of one! It?s technically 4 bedrooms, but you would get two. The security deposit is also only $700!

You can use the second room as a storage space, or an office. There?s 2 1/2 bathrooms, so you only have to share with one roommate. There?s also IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER AND DISHWASHER!

Enjoy views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. This area is such a cute and safe place to live, with lots of bars and restaurants. We are right in front of the Essex St. light rail, an 8 min walk to Exchange Place, and 15-20 min walk to Grove St.

The two existing roommates are professionals WFH. Both are super friendly :) I?m sad to go, but I?m moving back home to help out family. Please message me if you have questions
