The bedroom features a full bed, a tiled private bathroom with a bathtub.

The room is situated in a two-story duplex with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) with a living room and open space kitchen. There are two other bedrooms with their own private bathroom.

There is also a gym in the building and an outside patio with a bbq grill.

Room is available for a only two weeks, starting October 17th to October 31st.

Cleaning will be $70.

- No smoking in the building (the courtyard is okay)/no pets.
