Prime location in Jersey City, 10 min walk from Grove station and 15 min from Exchange Place. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful waterfront promenade along the Hudson River 1 min away from home.

The bedroom features a furnished bedroom.

The room is situated in a two-story duplex with all amenities (dishwasher, washing-machine, dryer) with an open space kitchen. There are two other bedroom with own private bathroom.

There is also a gym in the building, and an outside patio with bbq grill.

Rent is $1800- plus expenses for the internet, electricity and cleaning utilities (divided among the roommates, around $100).

- Utilities included in the rent are gas/A/C, Heat, water -everything - no extra charge for these

- No smoking in the building/no pets.
