Room for rent 1 stop away from Penn Station NY

I will be moving out at the end of October and my room will be available for rent. My roommate and I have been living together for 4 years, we have a great relationship and we are looking for someone with similar ways of living . The room is in a luxury building with a doorman 24/7 , you have a shuttle services to Secaucus Junction or a 10 mins walk if prefer. Penn Station is one stop away and it will take 10 to 15 mins to be in NY. Newark airport is 20 mins away, Met Life stadium is also one stop away . The unit has washer & dryer machine inside, dishwasher, parking on the street or indoor parking for $50 a month. You will be sharing the bathroom with another girl, the master suite is currently occupied by a professional young guy that you?ll barely see, he is always working or in his room. There is also a small Yorkie in the house, his name is Bentley, he is the sweets dog ever, he never barks and always greet people at the door.
Our current lease will end in August 2020, you will have the option to sign a new lease with my roommate if you decide to stay . we are renting the room month to month with no contract. The rent will include all utilities, gas, electric , water & internet.

The room can be rented partially furnished.
