Apartment have in-unit washer/dryer, Kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

Rent - $1345; Deposit 1 month rent. (for the master bedroom)
Utilities and Internet will be extra to be divided equally, which ranges between $80-90 per person each month.
Covered garage parking available for a nominal additional cost. Parking within the community is free.

Very near to the Secaucus Junction Station (10 mins by walk). Frequent shuttle service is also available Monday-Saturday. Trains to midtown (10 mins to Newyork Penn Station) and Hoboken is very frequent. Grocery stores, restaurants are available with in 3 miles. The community also have a small store where you can get essential items.

About myself - I am a professional and work in lower Manhattan, currently working from home. I like to keep the common space clean and uncluttered and expect the same with whom I share the apartment. While I like to make new friends, I also respect one's personal space.
