New house construction.

I am a professional Indian female in my mid-20s and looking for two females to share this beautiful apartment with me.

1 Muster bedroom ( 14 ft by 16 ft) with private restroom and 2 closets for $1100.

1 standard-size room (11ft by 12ft) available for $950 with a large closet and an additional closet in the hallway.

=Bathrooms have new beautiful vanity tops, cabinets, mirrors, and ceramic tiles.
= Large living room with arched windows upfront, the living room is furnished with a leather couch, newspaper table, a new large dining table with four chairs, and a new Flat-screen smart TV.
= Two more closets in the hallway.
= Natural hardwood floors in the apartment.
= The kitchen has a granite floor and granite countertop. Dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, ventilation, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave.
= Central heating and Air conditioning.
= Laundromat is just one block away

Utilities.
I pay for water and high-speed WiFi internet. The bill for gas and electricity will be split among roommates.

LOCATION
The apartment is in Jersey City Heights, just a short distance from the Journal Square area.

Fast public transportation!!! PATH/Subway station and major bus station (located at Journal Square) are 7 to 15-minute walk from the house or take a bus one block away from home, and in 5 minutes you are at JSQ.

By PATH/Subway trains, it takes about 25 min to 33rd St in NY, about 17 min to WTC, 15 minutes to Newark, and 15 minutes to Hoboken. Uber ride to Hoboken costs around $ 6-7.

There are 2 parks within two blocks from the house with a running field, basketball and tennis courts, and a newly renovated public swimming pool. A swimming pool membership is only $ 70 for six months or $ 3 per visit. There are a few nice gyms within a 15-minute walk.

Central shopping areas are within walking distance and located on Central Avenue. Newport Mall shopping area is just a 10-minute ride on the bus.

Secaucus shopping center, major outlets, restaurants, and theater are just 15 minutes on a bust or 10 minutes on Uber for $ 10

The house is located on the side street from Kennedy Boulevard. It is a clean, VERY safe, and quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the block for the people residing in that area.
