Small room for rent JC Heights

I have a room I'm renting out in a a large 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is railroad style for those who do not know one room walks into the other so you have to feel comfortable living with me and vice versa. I am a single mom , I?m looking for someone respectful who works . I?m located in the heights off central avenue by all the stores ,restaurants and close to to transportation. I will a woman with a child and/or children for a higher price . Im also Looking for someone tidy and clean up after themselves. Looking for someone to move in now or by the 5 the latest. Thank you
