Need Roommate for 3rd bedroom

Single unit carriage house has spacious first floor that features a large furnished living room, a pantry, kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite counter top PLUS a dishwasher, full bathroom and garage entry.

2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, another full bathroom, a hall closet and a skylight that brightens up the hall at the top of the stairs. The bedroom being rented out fits a queen sized mattress but would be better suited with a full. It is well lit with natural light and has good closet space with shelving.

The house has a small attached garage that features a washer and dryer! The garage is mainly used for storage and just a hang out on nice nights.

Pseg and tv/WiFi is generally under $100/month (xfinity $40/ pp pseg varies)

Roommates: one male and myself (female) mid-late 20s both work in civil service. (Not a couple). I also have a playful 30ishlb housebroken dog that will steal your heart.

Ideal roommate: close in age, clean, respectful, friendly, no pets to bring in but loves dogs, no couples

The location is fantastic. Steps away from bus stops to NYC/downtown JC/Hoboken, 10 minute walk to Congress/9th Street Light Rail, steps from Riverview Fisk Park with an amazing view and various events throughout the year, friendly neighborhood, bodega and liquor store across the street plus So much more in this up and coming neighborhood.
