Hey, we are 2 working professional males in our mid 20?s looking for another working professional to take up one bedroom in our perfectly located apartment. The apartment has modern appliances incl. dish washer AND in-unit washer and dryer! (I know, a dream come true). There?s a balcony as well. It?s a 3 bedroom apartment but you will be sharing a bathroom with only one of us.

Your room is a good size (can get measurements). But can comfortably fit a queen size bed with plenty of room for a desk and dresser. Also has its own closet.

Commuting to the city is very convenient as you have many options. 119 bus to Port Authority 2 blocks away, Congress Street Light Rail to Hoboken and/or Exchange Place less than 10 min walk from apartment. There is only street side parking if you have a car. Street cleaning schedule is Mon/Thur and Tue/Fri. I can usually find parking within 2 blocks but also don?t really drive on weekdays.

Lease ends March 31. Current roommate needed to unexpectedly head back home out of state.

ONLY full time working professionals please.

Additional charges include $33 for wifi/cable and ~$50 for utilities.
