My roommate and I are looking for another female to fill our 3 bed,2 bath apartment in the Heights. The rent is $800 a month, utilities range between $20-$40 each and WiFi is $30 each.
The apartment has all updated appliances, central air and heating, laundry in unit and a shared patio space.
The building is small with only two other units on a quiet street. A 10-15 minute walk to the Journal Square Path.
We are two very neat, friendly and outgoing people and would like someone who was similar and open to being friends. This area is great because it is quiet, near the train to NYC and short ride away from the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Jersey City and Hoboken.
