Modern room to rent in Jersey City/The Heights.

I'm currently looking for a new roommate to sign a new lease with for the coming year (Aug 20-Aug 21), my old roommate has recently moved state and it would be available starting from August 1st.

It's the largest room in the apartment and comes unfurnished. The apartment is a 2 bed with a shared open kitchen and shared bathroom. in-house laundry unit (washer/dryer).

The room has a small wardrobe built in and 2 windows that face the road. The room has plenty of room for a bed, wardrobe and tv unit.

utility bills are NOT included in the monthly cost, Interest is around $72 a month and Gas/electric can vary depending on months but we shall split that evenly. Average cost per person is around $60 (wifi/gas/electric)

I'm 24 years old and originally from London. I have been in the US for just over a year now, I work in the city and tend to work long late so you'll hardly know I'm here until the weekends.
