It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home but you and I will be the only ones living there so plenty of extra space to relax, WFH or workout. There is additional storage in the basement, in-unit washer/dryer and a beautiful backyard. Super close to restaurants, shops & the 9th street light rail (making commuting or hanging out in Hoboken super easy). You will have your own bathroom & are welcome to put a desk in the spare bedroom to use if you WFH.
