Room available in great Jersey City Heights apartm

I have a large room available November 15 for a female roommate in our 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment. It’s in the Jersey City Heights near Hoboken. Easy to get to NYC. Many public transportation options. Street parking is pretty easy to find around here. $1150/mo plus utilities for large bedroom with private bathroom, whirlpool bath, walk-in closet and balcony. We have Central heat and air, washer and dryer in apartment, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Living room has high ceilings with skylights and is furnished and has TV. High speed internet and cable (and apps like HBO, showtime, Netflix, etc.) and can be accessed via app on personal devices- these are not included in rent but are included in monthly utilities estimate, and I pay for apps myself. I’m a flight attendant and my roommate is a working professional working mainly outside the home. We are pretty laid back and just clean up our own messes. She’s in her 20’s and I’m in my 40’s. We are both gone pretty often and I work odd hours, so a lot of times you’ll have the apartment to yourself. We like our wine and have friends over sometimes, but aren’t doing any loud partying in the apartment. Mainly we are easy-going, respectful of each other’s space and pay our bills on time, and that’s what we’re looking for in a roommate. We are looking for a female roommate. Utilities vary but usually come to $100-150/month each. There’s a month and a half rent ($1725) refundable deposit.
