Small room in Jersey City Heights

The room has large windows, a closet, and storage space above the closet. We can leave the bed frame and desk for an additional cost if you’d like. The bed frame has 2 large drawers underneath it, and the desk has a shelf underneath it. There are 2 full bathrooms, in unit washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher. The apartment is the second floor of the house. Parking for small cars is available for an additional cost, you’ll just need to talk it through with the landlord. The landlord would like us to do some pre-screening and prefers someone with a 700+ credit score. He also said he’d consider the whole picture as far as income, so please confirm with me if you decide to reach out :)

You’ll be living with 2 other females and 1 male, all in their early 20’s. They’re all pretty chill and like to hang out in the house sometimes. All bills are split equally (WiFi and heat/electric), as well as occasional cleaning supplies and some groceries (depending on how big the purchase it). Message me if you’d like more information! As an FYI, our landlord has stressed that he rents the entire apartment, not rooms. Everyone can send their part of the rent separately, but any amount of late rent is a penalty for everyone since it’s one lease (ending March 31st). There have been no issues so far, and I hope to find another reliable person to replace me!
