Rent is 3,200 a month. 1 year lease.

Huge 3bd/2bth newly renovated house on Grace St. right by Washington park. Brand new washer/dryer, granite countertops, all new kitchen appliances, wood floors…all that fancy shmancy stuff. There’s a driveway, garage and backyard as well!

Common areas are all fully furnished, all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture! The bedrooms are big, currently have a queen sized bed, full desk and a large wall of shelves in there. Solid closets. There are also two large hall closets in the house you can use to supplement if necessary.

There is some extra storage space downstairs in the garage as well.

I have one handsome devil of a cat, Tico. He’s a friendly boy and loves to cuddle.

I’m in the master bedroom with en suite, you will have 2 queen sized rooms and a bathroom all to yourself! Perfect for someone looking for a home office, photography studio, workout room etc.

Me:

28 year old active young professional. I work a hybrid schedule so I’m home a good bit during the week. Love to cook and always share. I’m pretty easy going, if you smoke weed and like cats we will get along.

You:

A clean, respectable human that won’t steal from us and can pay rent on time. Cat and weed friendliness as well as gainful employment are essential. Preferably outgoing too as we’re both very much extroverts. Socially conscious is a big plus.

Hard No’s:

Racists, misogynists, homophobes, general haters of any kind.
No super religious folk either, we would make you uncomfortable anyway.
Anyone who has ever in their life ordered a steak well done.
People who are mean to service industry workers.
