I am leaving to another state and I am seeking a replacement for my lease on July 17th in this building! $1,350 for 1bed 1bath, walk in closet in a 2bed 2.5bath at 360 Palisades Avenue Apt #2, Jersey City, NJ 07307

For more context-
There is currently a roommate who lives here in the other bedroom, the lease total is x2 as much
I renewed the lease recently - it starts on June 30th!

Washer and dryer are in unit
Access to large balcony
Walk in closet
Pets are allowed
Bedroom will be furnished with desk, mattress, bed frame , carpets (unless you don't want them) and other furniture in the common space
Walking distance to light rail
Flexible on when you want to start, can be after July
Bus station is right next to the building
