With its spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for privacy and comfort. The high ceilings and renovated kitchen add a touch of elegance to the space.
I'm looking for a responsible, clean, easy going roommate (any gender welcome) to start and move in April 01st.
Note: The apartment is not signed yet so I'm looking for the extra roommate to both sign the lease. Good credit required.
The rent $2475 is split by two of us ($1238 each) for your own room and bath! Laundry + shared patio to use and additional parking lot ($135 additional) if required. Located at 15 Saint Pauls Ave, Jersey City. At 10 min to Light rail station, 15 min to Jornal Square Path Station and 25 min walking to Hoboken to Path Station.
