Female student roomate required Basement Apartment

Basement Apartment, all utilities included in rent, looking for one Master’s or PHD female student. This Apartment can rent only two people. I’m already living here and looking for a replacement for my current roomate. Its somewhat furnished and the furniture will be arranged differently than what is seen in the video. Expect you to keep the house clean, organised and not bring visitors for night outs as I am a graduate currently busy with job search and the corresponding study time.
