I am looking for a roommate to co sign / renew the lease for this beautiful 2bed 2bath apartment located at Waterfront Avalon Cove property. There is a gym, swimming pool, recreation area, tennis court, squash court , children area in the building. Apartment has washer /dryer in the unit.
The layout of the apartment is ideal with the living room and kitchen in the center and the bedroom / bathroom on either side of the living room giving each other complete privacy.
I am a professional female working in Fashion Industry . I work long hours so am rarely home. I am super clean, quiet, mindful & respectful of other person's privacy . I am friendly and like to hang out with my roommate once in a while. I am out pretty much all of Sunday .
I am looking for a friendly, mindful and super clean roommate to move in around April 24 - May 1 & sign the lease with me. My current roommate is relocating and the lease gets over on April 26.
