Your future apartment: You?d be living in a bright, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Union City, NJ. For those who don?t know, that?s in Weehawken, which is right over the Lincoln tunnel from Manhattan! For reference, I commute to Midtown every day, and it takes me about 20 minutes. I take NJ Transit busses, and there?s actually one that stops right outside the apartment.

You?d have your own 12.5 x 12 foot room with a huge closet with a closet system already installed. You?d have your own private bathroom, and we?d share a furnished living room and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Neighborhood is very safe ? I?ve been living here for two years already and have never had a problem!

Rent is $2200 / month, and we?d split it down the middle, so $1100 / person. Utilities typically come out to be around $120 per person / month, and that includes heat, electricity, cable and internet.
