High End Union City Apt (15 Min From NYC by Bus)

Hello, I co-signed a lease ending July 31st, but will not be able to use my room for June and July (My roommate will continue living here until July 31st). At the end of the lease, you would have the opportunity to sign a renewal if you so choose. As you can see in the photos, the apartment has hardwood floors, double-pane windows, and nice large granite counter tops in the kitchen. This room is the master bedroom and comes with a personal bathroom and large closet (although not a walk-in despite the floor plan image). This offer also comes with a Union City parking pass. Port Authority is only a 15 minute bus ride away. This apartment is a great option if you're interested in living comfortably without paying NYC prices. The shared living room will remain furnished but the master bedroom will not be furnished.
