Its a 4 bed 2 bath with a huge living room, great kitchen and finished backyard. 1st floor walkup of a two story townhouse. The washer/dryer is inside our actual apartment, not shared with the apartment above (they have their own). Separate entrance. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

Location: Buses right around the corner (1 min walk) to NYC, Hoboken. Its about 25 min door to door to NYC Port Authority. Its about a 10 min walk to the 9th street station elevator for the light rail.
Street parking available with resident parking permit.
