Large Furnished room for rent!

Hi all,

I am unfortunately relocating and renting out my amazing room for Jan 1 or anywhere around that time. This apartment is a gem and the best apartment I've lived in the Hoboken area! The whole apartment is fully furnished with all new furniture. We moved in August and my roommate plans on renewing the lease. You can stay here as long as you desire! The Apartment:

This is a very large room in a huge 2 bedroom apartment. There is also a den that you can use as storage. Washer/dryer on site as well. The apartment is recently renovated and extremely spacious. Fully furnished, you do not need to bring anything upon move in.

The Location:
The apartment is steps from the Lincoln tunnel. A 2-minute walk to the last bus stop in NJ before port authority. A 10 minute commute into the city and 5 minutes to Hoboken. As far as transportation it is the easiest apartment I've lived in after being in Hoboken for years taking the PATH.

The roommate:

My roommate is a late 20's working professional. Super laid back and the easiest roommate I've ever lived with. Works a lot and not home too often. As far as roommates go he is the best you can ask for.
