Roomate wanted for a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Union city just steps from Hoboken. The condo is ~ 1000 sqft with large bedrooms, walk in closets, large bathrooms, and a big open concept kitchen/ living room. Amenities include in unit washer and dryer as well as an available garage spot.

To sign the 1 year lease starting 9/1 the Roomate would need to pass credit and income check with the leasing office and we would need to purchase rhino insurance in lieu of the deposit.

A bit about me. Im an clean, easy going, friendly straight male working as a cancer researcher. In my free time I like to explore new places and restaurants, watch sports and get a couple drinks with friends.
