The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood but close to the city if you need to be there fast. It is 1 minute walk from the bus to Port Authority (Times Square), and 10 minute walk to the path train if you want to take it and it's also 10 minute ride to the city centre. There is a private bathroom and in unit washer dryer, with a private parking spot and elevator for your convenience. It is also a 10 minute walk to the Union city reservoir park by the water and there is supermarkets every which way. You'll share the living space with just me the host but the room has its own bathroom so you are assured privacy.

I am looking for a clean preferably professional because the building is a quiet family building and keep noise to a minimum. I have my own space so we might not interact often but that assures privacy for all parties.
