Room Available in Downtown JC

I'm looking for a 3rd roommate to move into our 4 bedroom/2 bath apt located in Van Vorst Park. Room is available now.

Rent for this room is $1,050 plus utilities. The whole apt is furnished aside from this room, but it does have a closet/mirror.
We usually use the 4th bedroom as an extra storage room and rent it out to friends as they need it for a couple months, bringing down the rent price. Washer/dryer in basement, plus a large communal backyard.

Apt is 10min walk from Grove St Path Station and a 5min walk from the Jersey City Ave Light Rail. It's near Liberty State Park, Jersey City Library, and bars/restaurants on Newark Ave.

My roommate and I are super flexible about move-in date and however long you're looking to stay. We're pretty chill and quiet and looking for someone similar.
