Posting this early but my roommate will be moving out this summer and I am looking to fill the room!
The apartment is located in Downtown Jersey City just a quick walk to the path and grove st! Perfect location if you are a commuter or looking to be downtown!
The bedroom is located off of the living room and although is the smaller room, can comfortably fit a queen bed, tall dresser, and a desk.
The apartment gets A LOT of natural light and is a perfectly cozy space to escape to after a day at work/school/etc. we do have access to the fire escape which you can sit out on when the weather is nice!
I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, employed, and friendly. Prefer a young professional however open to anyone currently in school/graduate school.
I am a therapist working in addictions treatment and have a pretty set schedule and routine. I like to keep a clean apartment, love to cook/bake, listen to records, and just keep a nice chill space to come home to.
WiFi is currently thru my roommate so will have to begin new service (have fios). Utilities are thru PSEG and can vary from anywhere to $70-$80 per month. No laundry in unit however there are numerous laundromats within walking distance. Will be losing some of the furniture however uncertain as to what at this moment (will be keeping the couch).
Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the apartment.
