Right on the cliff, close to the lincoln tunnel. It's not the ritz, but it's not a roach motel either. New roof, new ceiling at least. Place has 3 bed, livingroom, kitchen, shared bath, washer and dryer in building. Room has a window, ceiling fan, and hall closet.
Downstairs is the landlord's office, so he's gone after work hours, and we're on the corner, so no worries about neighbors.
We are two lanky dudes, and we generally keep to ourselves. Last roommate was, to quote herself, "a european dream girl," but we accept all kinds as long as you observe the 2 golden rules:
1. Always leave a place the same as if not better than you found it.
2. Don't skimp on tp.
