Hi everyone! My roommates and I are currently looking for someone to fill the empty room in our apartment. The bedroom is unfurnished, but is a decent size, has a closet, and can fit a queen sized bed. The apartment has a laundry room, as well as a backyard. Driveway parking is also available if wanted (would be an extra $150 per month). Utilities are not included with rent. The apartment is conveniently located a block away from Boulevard East and transportation to NYC. It is also walking distance to convenience stores, as well as the waterfront and dog park.
