I am a 24 year old French male seeking a roommate for one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. The lease would start as soon as possible, (move-in date flexible) and run through November 31, 2020 (with the option to renew of course, we will talk about details when needed).

Location ?

The apartment is located in Weehawken close to the Lincoln Tunnel, the neighborhood is very silent.
Six minute walk to the meeting point of a dozen of NJ Transit buses riding every few minutes to Port Authority and Hoboken. Stop bus is Park Avenue at Pleasant Avenue, Weehawken.
There is also a bus stop at 3 minute walk distance to go to Hoboken Bus Terminal.
The Hudson Bergen Light Rail station is a 10 to 15 minute walk distance.
There are all kind of grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
There is a free parking spot in front of the apartment.

Apartment ?

The apartment is fully furnished :
- Living room : Spacious space with convertible sofa, chairs and Roku TV, Netflix..
- Bathroom has a perfect heat and water pressure.
- Kitchen : Two electric plates, multi cooker (coming soon), microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, water purifier + plates, glasses, forks, knives etc..
- Bedroom : Queen bed, bed sheets, big storage space for clothes or whatever you may want. Small window

Bonus : WIFI connection, Iron, hair dryer, umbrella, bath towels and many more !

- Missing : Hoven (we can buy a small one if you want, it?s not a big deal), washer, vacuum cleaner (we can use the owner?s), and that?s all !

We will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room, but don?t worry there is enough space for two !
The apartment is on the basement level of the owner?s house, that means we must go down 3 or 4 steps to enter in the apartment. There is a hall before entering in the apartment where we can put stuff (bike or whatever).
There is a separate entry and the building is very well insulated.

Who am I ?

I am a young professional working in the pharmaceutical industry as a project manager.
I work from 8 am-7 pm during the weeks so I'm out of the apartment for most of the day.
I'm friendly and like a clean apartment. While I enjoy getting drinks and hanging out with friends, I don't usually bring the party back.
I try to go the gym a few times a week and I love travelling, I'm always looking to experience new places, foods, and cultures!
One of the most important things, I pay bills on time and clean up after myself.

Who am I looking for ?

1. A recent college graduate or a young professional (ideally someone 22-28 years old)
2. Someone who is clean/organized and financially stable (pays bills on time)
3. Someone who enjoys spending time with friends and is a social person
