Looking for a roommate to occupy 1 bedroom in a spacious 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. We are 2 roommates that occupy the other bedrooms. 1 female and 1 male. We are both hard-working and friendly/laid-back.
About the Area:
-Quiet, peaceful block in Weehawken with great neighbors
-Bus Stop directly on the corner of the block with frequent buses into to NYC/Port Authority/Times Square. Average of 15 to 20 minute arrival into NYC during non-rush hours. Buses to Hoboken, or Jersey City as well
-10 to 15 minute walk to NYC Ferry or Light Rail Station (or shuttle option at corner bus stop)
-One to two blocks from grocery stores, salons, coffee shops, restaurants, etc
-Views of NYC skyline a few steps from the apartment
About the Apartment:
-3-bedroom located in a secure 3-unit home
-Apartment is located on the first floor
-High ceilings, hardwood floors
-Washer and dryer in the apartment
-Full kitchen including plenty of cabinet space
-Large common rooms (living room & dining room)

About Room Available:

1 female and 1 male, full time employed, professionals. The male works full-time in NYC and travels for work so is not home often. Very respectful, laid-back, friendly and accommodating. We clean up after ourselves. Non-smokers please. I (female) has a kitten who is very sweet and keeps to herself in my room. Please don't apply if allergic or afraid of cats as she may be around the common areas on occasion.
She keeps to herself for the most part but will be around. She also tidies up after herself :) All we ask is to leave your bedroom door closed when you're not in it as she will sneak in. We love all animals but unfortunately can't accept anymore pets.
Tenant Requirements:
-One month rent and one month security deposit
-At least 2 pay stubs or annual pay summary
-Background check paid for by the roommate (they are roughly $40)
